It is estimated that 40 teams from throughout the Southwest will be attending to compete for the tournament championships in their division. |
| Ticket Prices: | Admission to all venues is FREE. |
|
Parking |
No charge for parking, adequate parking is available at the parks. |
|
Team Check-in: |
All players must have a government photo ID (drivers license) with them at the ball park at all times. All Managers should submit a copy of their ISSA Roster Wavier Form duly signed by all players to the ISSA Field Director before leaving the park on there first day of play. |

Tournament Seeding: |
The tournament staff will place the teams in brackets and prepare the preliminary schedule which will be posted on the website approximately three days prior to the tournament. The preliminary game record will be used to seed your team into the double elimination finals. The exact format will depend on the number of teams in each division. |
| First Game: | The Pool Play game schedule and double elimination brackets for each age classifications will be posted on the ISSA Website. An Awards Ceremony will immediately follow the final game. |

Deadline: |
Entry Deadline: March 20, 2026 for entry fee payment. Some ISSA tournaments close early when the available field capacity is reached. (No Exceptions) |
| Rosters Due: | The ISSA Online Roster should be submitted after the team is registered with ISSA for 2026. A copy of the online ISSA Roster Waiver Form must be turned to the ISSA Field Director with original player signatures. Players arriving late can sign with the ISSA Field Director prior to their first game provided their name was on the roster when submitted. |

Divisions of Play: |
Teams will be placed in age/skill level divisions using their ISSA Rating and verified by the tournament staff. Divisions could be combined if necessary. It is the tournament staff's desire to provide all teams with a competitive experience resulting in a quality tournament experience. |

Fees: |
The entry fee for all Men's Senior classifications is $525.00. Entry fee can be paid by credit card with the online entry form submittal or mail a check for receipt in the ISSA Office prior to February 6th. |
| Berths: |
Division winners receive a berth to compete in the USA Championships in Sandford, FL at the end of October and in the 2027 WTOC in the Tampa Bay Area, FL |
